As leaders, we dream of seeing the Church flourish—relevant to its culture, deeply rooted in Christ, and making a lasting impact in our communities.
Yet we find ourselves in a rapidly changing society where the Church is increasingly marginalised, while consumerism shapes the way people live, think and belong.
But this does not have to be our story.
What if we could lead churches that don’t simply respond to culture, but shape it? Churches that are spiritually vibrant, deeply connected, outward-focused and actively engages their communities.
You are invited to join a 9-month learning community designed to equip and inspire you to lead that kind of church.
Together, we will learn, grow, wrestle with the challenges of our time, and discover practical ways to move the Church from the margins to the heart of community transformation.
The future of the Church is not something we simply observe—it is something we help shape.
How does it work?
8 Cycles
The journey consists of eight learning cycles, combining short online videos, reading and practical reflection to prepare you for each Results-Based Conversation (RBC).
Before each RBC, you’ll engage with the content and respond to a few questions. Then, together with other church leaders, you’ll share insights, broaden your understanding and identify practical next steps for your church.
The goal is simple: learn together, apply what you learn and grow together as leaders.
When does the course start?
Whenever your group is ready.

There are no fixed start dates. Once your learning community is formed, you can begin the journey together.
Groups can meet in person or online, with a monthly gathering designed to deepen learning, encourage one another and create accountability.
How long do I have access?
For life.
Once you enrol, you’ll have unlimited access to the videos and resources, so you can revisit the material whenever you need it — across all your devices.
