Welcome to the Church United Learning Community for School Principals empowered by The City Changers Movement. We trust that you want to continue to develop yourself so that you are best equipped to serve your school community well. We also believe that with your experience in school leadership, you have the wisdom to offer others.

A school principal is not only the leader of a school, but it starts with the leading of oneself and extends to being a leader of the community. Healthy leaders will lead to healthy teams that will in turn create healthy schools.

Education is one of the cornerstones of our society. We all wish to see a brighter future for our children and their children. We all want to live in a City that reflects God’s kingdom. For us to see this reality - we need to usher in this reality.

Information about the course:

• The Learning Community will be a peer-level engagement opportunity where you and other senior education leaders will be facilitated to deepen your understanding of what it takes to be a healthy leader of a healthy team developing a healthy school.
• The City Changers Movement currently has more than 1 000 leaders active in learning communities around the globe. These leaders include school principals, business executives, and pastors.
• The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive as leaders appreciate the opportunity for constructive results-based conversations with peers.
• This is an opportunity to contribute to the design of a learning community model that will bless educational leadership around the USA and even abroad.

Your part: 

• Watch a 20 to 25-minute video once a month when it is convenient for you.
• Answer questions related to the video in preparation for a discussion.
• A once-a-month 2-hour meeting with the other school leaders from March to May.
