We also believe that with your experience in school leadership, you have the wisdom to offer others.

A school principal is not only the leader of a school, but it starts with the leading of oneself and extends to being a leader of the community.

Education is one of the cornerstones of our society. We all wish to see a brighter future for our children and their children. We all want to live in a City that reflects God’s kingdom. For us to see this reality - we need to usher in this reality. We need to invest in God’s future agents of change. As educators, along with the parents, we need to form the worldview of the next generation. 

Information about the course:

• The Learning Community will be a peer-level engagement opportunity where you and other senior education leaders will be facilitated to deepen your understanding of Christ-Centered Education and grow in your Servant Leadership and Spiritual Fortitude.
• The City Changers Movement will empower this and currently has more than 650 leaders active in learning communities around the globe. These leaders include school principals, business executives, and pastors.
• The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive as leaders appreciate the opportunity for constructive results-based conversations with peers.
• This is an opportunity to contribute to the design of a learning community model that will bless educational leadership around the USA and even abroad.

Your part: 

• Watch two 20 to 25-minute video teachings once a month when it is convenient for you.
• Answer questions related to the video in preparation for a discussion.
• A once-a-month 2-hour meeting with the other school leaders from October to April.
