There are some meaningful discussions you should be having with your SMU Leader/Manager at this point. Schedule a meeting with them to discuss the following:
1. Discuss what you've read or watched in "Not Do But Done" by Alan Platt so far, with your SMU Leader or Manager for guidance in understanding our theology.
2. Discuss your detailed job description and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) goals for the first three months with your SMU Leader.
Schedule a follow-up meeting with your SMU Leader to discuss the following:
1. The Vision and History video by Alan Platt you watched in the last session.
Ensure that you have done the following by the end of this week:
1. Return your signed JED (job description) to your SMU Leader.
2. Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) goals you want to achieve in the next three months in your work - be sure to craft these in discussion with your SMU Leader.
3. Structure monthly one-on-one discussions with your SMU Leader.
